Makeover Time

We were so busy working we didn't take people shots (I can't believe I missed that!). Here are some before and afters of Lori's place. We emptied the kitchen cupboards, papered the shelves and re-organized it. The living room was cleaned out except for the couch, rug, lamps and a large picture. We added tables, tv console table, chairs, bookcases, baskets pillows and picture frames. In the bath we added a funky shabby chic cabinet, picture frame (she's putting a picture of L.B. the dog in it so people don't feel they are being watched while in dispose) and a matching mirror along with new towels. In the bedroom it was just rearrange furniture and hang a couple of nice beachy pictures that really stand out against the blue painted walls.

On the Road Again

On our way to Aunt Lori's we stopped near Klamath Falls at a lovely lake. Here are the kids stretching their legs and getting some cool mountain air.

Grandmas and Grandpas

We had a great time and enjoyed lots of laughs at Grandma and Grandpa LeCheminants. We visited a old cemetary in Genoa, went to Virginia City, had fun on the wii, went to the movies to see Wall-E, froze at Lake Tahoe on the 4th of July, enjoyed spending the afternoon of the 4th with everyone with good eats and even better company.

Decisions, Decisions! You've heard the saying, "like kids in a candy shop" well this is what that would look like. Ashley, Emily, Cory, and Gavin in a Virginia City, Nevada candy shop. They were in heaven.
